Tracy started her real estate career on a memorable September 11, 2001, as General Manager for a Century 21 office. She established a solid foundation in real estate operations, agent support, and corporate leadership reporting there. By June 2003, she started Cushman Realty, running the firm and learning several aspects of the business.

In 2008, during the early days of the difficult start of the recession, Tracy became a licensed real estate agent, and in 2010, she earned her broker’s license. With her experience navigating fluctuating markets, she is now a clever, resourceful, and responsive real estate practitioner committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
