Real Estate is my passion and calling and I am truly blessed to have a profession I love so much! I am now on my own and the Owner and Broker of Vardakis Realty Group, LLC. I have been selling Real Estate since 2003 and am licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. I am a born native to Kansas City and serve both sellers and buyer in the Greater Kansas City area.
I am a strong Christian and believe in serving my clients best interests ethically and with the utmost integrity. I have been told my honesty is a breath of fresh air. My philosophy is to educate my client with what they need to hear and not what they want to hear. I don't believe and high-pressure sales, but you can count on me to be a bulldog when working for you as my client.
I am a proud fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals. In 1988, I earned my bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri in Kansas City. I have two daughters, Amber and Nicole who are very special to me. I'm also a Nana with 7 wonderful grandchildren, one of which, is Nicolette. She lives with me, is 5 years old with multiple disabilities and is a tremendous blessing to everyone she encounters. She is the reason I am a huge supporter of organizations working with Special Needs Children.
I am an active volunteer for CASA which stands for Court Appointed Special Advocate. CASA provides legal representation to abused and neglected children. My role as a volunteer is to speak for the best interests of these children in court and to also help in finding them a safe, permanent homes.
I feel blessed to receive two highly recognized awards over the course of my career in Real Estate. The first of these is the FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent Award, which is given to the top 6% of agents in the Greater Kansas City Area. I have received this award for 7 years in a row or since 2011. The other award I received in both 2016 & 2017 and it's the Distinguished Real Estate Designation© from the Expert Network. This award is only presented to the Top 3% of Realtors®/Brokers in the nation. Both awards
