Karen Peters was truly exceptional. I give her 15 out of 10 as she bent over backward for me and my daughter. I first met Karen when my daughter was purchasing her home here in Salem. We were both impressed with her level of knowledge and who “does more”—making us feel like our needs are first priority. She did such a great job for my daughter, it was a no brainer I'd use her when I began the process of buying my new home.
Karen was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. I purchased a fixer upper so it wasn’t a straight forward deal. I also had to sell my current home quickly to purchase my new home. Crazy times. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done – and she did! Karen held numerous Open Houses, even during the week to get my house sold -- it worked! I sold my house within the tight timeframe to purchase my new home. Karen was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the sellers and buyers agents, and kept me informed on a daily basis.
Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchasing and selling process simple. I felt like I was working my best friend rather than a real estate agent.
