Barry has been involved in Real Estate since 1984, and has worked in South Africa, the United Kingdom, Spain, Florida and Georgia. Barry has been living in Cobb County Georgia since 2003. Barry holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with majors in Accountancy and Economics, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia and Florida, and a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board, Georgia and National Association of Realtors®. Barry also holds the following Real Estate Designations: Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Foreign Investor Specialist (CFIS) and Certified Estate Owned/REO Specialist (REOS). Barry's focus is on Luxury Properties, Golf Course Subdivisions, 55+ Active Adult Communities, as well as homes within the Acworth, Kennesaw, Marietta, Woodstock, Canton, Roswell, Dallas, Hiram, Smyrna & Powder Springs areas. Barry also works with a number of local and foreign investors and assist them with the acquisition, renovation, and leasing or disposition of properties for above average returns.
