Agent license in 1978, Broker license in 1982, GRI and CRS designations in 1982. Owned and operated 5 RE/MAX offices 1990-2004. Founded Homes of Idaho brokerage in 2004. Sold Homes of Idaho to our son in 2016 and remain at brokerage as an associate broker, specializing in real estate consulting and real estate sales. Awarded RE/MAX Hall of Fame and RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement awards, awarded local board Circle of Excellence production award every year since 1979, awarded NAR's Realtor Emeritus Award in 2018. I have lived in the Boise, ID valley my entire life, so I have extensive knowledge of the area and our real estate market. I specialize in residential sales and relocation.
