Born in Jackson, Mississippi and raised in North Carolina, Latrice McFadden has been a licensed Realtor since 1997. Receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from UNC-Chapel Hill and her MBA from Meredith College, Latrice prides herself on thinking outside of the box and going the extra mile for her real estate clients. Latrice has experience working with home buyers and sellers, short sales, HUD homes, foreclosures and educating home buyers and fellow real estate professionals.
