My career begin October 1987. I was rookie of the year, million$ producer & billion$ lister at Merrill Lynch Realty. In 1990 I decided to join US Home Corporation as a site sales agent. I was with them as a top producer until 1999. I also helped train new agents for US Home. In 1999- present, I was with Realty Executives Tucson Elite. That was when we started our team, Leach Team. My consentration was new agents with a background desire of integrity and a desire to help others. In the almost 20 years I have trained more tha 50 realtors & helped create 5 teams. Throughout my career we targeted first time home buyers & move up buyers in Southern Arizona. Our goal was effective communication, timlyness, negotiating, helping people get the perfect home & evaluating their position. We achieved many awards & was top producer.
