When I first meet with buyers, I fill out an extensive questionnaire to find out what are their wants and needs. In addition, I find out where they feel comfortable with a payment and then figure what price range we should be looking in based on this and not on what they can qualify.
My objective in assisting sellers would be to make sure their needs are understood. I explain the home selling process thoroughly. I make every effort to price their home correctly from the start and educate them on where this price should be. I explain that in this market, the condition of their home is very important. That's why I offer and pay for professional staging and photos. I have a proven marketing plan that gets homes sold.
I feel education is the key to assisting my clients so I never stop learning and continue to take classes, read and gather as much information on the "Colorado Springs" real estate market as possible; I want my clients to consider me their real estate expert.
