Klaus is always a pleasure to work with. Having been the property manager for the home which I've lived in with my family for the past nine years, Klaus has always been personable, punctual, fair-minded, and professional in all areas. He promptly takes care of any concerns or issues we've had, and does so in a manner that works best for all parties. He makes the various processes of property management for our home easy and so much less stressful than any other place we've lived in. It's been wonderful to work with Klaus these past nine years, and I would be happy to work with him for nine more :)
