I started in Real Estate as the General Manager at Century 21, on (of all days) 9/11/01. With many years prior to that in businesses industry, it gave me the edge needed to to apply all the previous knowledge to this position. I learned about the the very basics & foundations of real estate, as my job description was very diverse (with the support I provided to the agents & office team, along with the high end details of reporting to the broker/owner & corporate Century 21 office). After about 2 years of experience, Cushman Realty was established (6/23/03 was the official date our doors opened). I ran the company (as we opened an appraisal & mortgage company as well). I learned many new facets about the real estate industry & it gave me me the tools I still use today to educate my clients. In March of 2008 (with the start of the Great Recession), I became a licensed real estate agent & eventually received my brokers license in 2010. The appraisal & mortgage companies were closed, and I took over the reigns of Cushman Realty in 2010. Our motto is "Where Real Estate Meets Your Needs", and I tailor that to each client I meet. I also believe that educating the client along each step of the way helps create a smooth transaction, regardless of any hiccups that may occur with their specific sale or purchase of a home or investment property. As a small business owner of a boutique real estate company, the majority of my clients are referrals. I make sure that client expectations are met, as I discuss that very early on in the relationship with each client. In doing so, I want to leave my clients with a thoroughly enjoyable experience, while giving them the details and education they need in the sale or purchase of their greatest investment. I am beyond proud to say that I have navigated many different markets within my 20+ years of real estate experience, and have learned to pivot with each market. That has given me the foundation with which I am able to guide my clients. I feel so blessed to do what I love each & everyday, while being able to help guide my clients for a successful transaction.
