Kim Dowling is the Broker and Founder of Coastal Luxury Partners. Kim's knowledge of and love for real estate started early; she grew up in a family with a successful real estate business. After launching her career in interior design and concept development with the largest restaurant company in Atlanta, she was persuaded into the family business by her father, a real estate and legal pro. Joining the family business brought together her passion for homes and design with her lifelong marketing and sales experience. She knows real estate inside and out with hundreds of transactions, and is instrumental in the completion of successful negotiations, including large scale developments. With real estate in her blood, she is in an ideal position to direct and oversee the essential elements of leading a high functioning and top producing team.

She and her husband Joe, a long time resident of Bradenton, live on the beautiful Manatee River with their bulldog Bear. They love to travel and spend time on the water with family and friends!
