My years & experience in Re/Max in New Jersey has followed me here in Fort Myers Florida where I have continued my high level of service. Sadly, I believe Customer Service has become a dying art. My goal is to continue to revive that art. Although we must rely on our value system to keep in sight what is important, it should be coupled with education. I believe, sometimes education removes ignorance & helps promote an already enhanced value system that equals; a superior ethical, moral, loyal, honest & dedicated customer service attitude.
