I personally work with sellers and buyers in a broad area of Northern Illinois spanning along the Wisconsin Boarder covering McHenry, Boone, DeKalb, Ogle, Winnebago, Stephenson, JoDaviess, Carroll & Lee Counties. In addition I will work with clients in Kane, Kendall, parts of Cook and Will/DuPage Counties but my wheel house is my prefered service area. I have aalso in the last year partnered with another agent to serve clients in Rock, Green, Dane, Jefferson & Walworth counties in Wisconsin.
