I am an active member of Take Root Milwaukee which is a consortium of over 40 community organizations, neighborhood groups, HUD-certified housing counseling agencies, Realtors, and lenders working to promote sustainable homeownership in the City of Milwaukee. Earning my ABR designation was a crucial element in my career as it helps to level up my focus while working with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. Earning my Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation helps me to advise U.S. service members, their families and veterans in finding housing solutions that best suit their needs and to help provide the information they need to take full advantage of available benefits and support. Earning my Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS) designations to enhance my skills in pricing properties and guiding clients through the misperceptions they often have about home values.
