Graduated New College in Sarasota, Fl in 1971 and moved to a farm in Burnsville, NC. Opened Thurston Associates in 1992 after being a sales agent for 9 years prior. Had a commercial farm/nursery for 35 years, retired from that in 2006. Retired with a pension as a volunteer firefighter for 25 years in my small rural community. Successful real estate brokerage with a great reputation as an honest and hard worker.
