Robson Lemos has a degree in Economics, politics and marketing and is one of Corcoran’s most experienced brokers. He has an unrivalled track record for finding real estate value in New York City. For his first ten years associated with the Corcoran Group, he worked as a condominium specialist, taking charge of some of Manhattan’s most exclusive properties and pioneering luxury developments in previously unheralded neighborhoods such as Tribeca, Soho, East and West Village and several upcoming neighborhoods in NYC. He has held his position for years in the company’s multi million dollars winner’s team. His understanding of New York neighborhoods,buildings, even shops, restaurants and galleries is extraordinary.
Prior to work associated with the Corcoran Group, Robson worked as a producer and marketing executive within the music, TV, fashion, fine arts, antique furniture and film industries. The trend-spotting expert has acquired an ability to predict patterns within New York’s property market with uncanny accuracy. Now mostof his hobbies are architecture, interior design, fine art and TV (he owns a TV show format for demonstration of products with humor and mystery called “Urban Life TV”).
After the sales of innumerous properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn since early 1995, Robson sold apartments in condominium buildings all over NYC. 10 years later (Early 2005) he sold his first entire building associated with the Corcoran Group in Queens (Early 2005). Soon thereafter, he had leased the company’s first rental building in LIC and since that time, he has being the lead team working with new developments of condominium buildings anywhere in NYC. His work now has more emphasis to new developments in upcoming neighborhoods, creating successful marketing and sales campaigns with amazing results. He also has his team working with him to keep working with resale and with exclusive buyers, in order to keep their high knowledge about what buyers are looking for and what developers are building what his investors are looking for. He is also specialized in investment proprieties, where he designs a personal investment plan for the needs of each of his clients. He brings a blend of creative and
unique marketing strategies to the industry.
He is spearheading Corcoran’s name in all boroughs, but with more emphasis in Manhattan. He is conquered LIC with his amazing bestselling condo projects, which for many years was most of Corcoran’s inventory in the area.
