Your satisfaction and subsequent referrals are the basis of my real estate business. In order to earn your trust so that you feel comfortable in referring me to your friends and family members, I make several guarantees to you as we go through the home selling process.
First, I guarantee that I’ll always tell the truth, even when it’s not good news. I think it’s critical that you have all the facts when you’re making such important decisions.
Second, I guarantee that I’ll never pressure you into making a decision. As a real estate consultant, my job is to give you options and information so that you can make the appropriate decisions that meet your goals. I am much more interested in developing a long-term relationship with you than in making a sale today.
Third, I guarantee that I will continually keep you informed and up-to-date about what I am doing to help you meet your real estate needs. I have established a system for your to receive regular information during the home selling/buying and escrow process.
Fourth, I guarantee that you will have your phone calls, emails and texts returned. I have set up a system that allows me to return phone calls during specific periods of the day. That allows me the opportunity to have uninterrupted face-to-face sessions with my clients and also respond to client inquiries or requests at pre-assigned times during the day. I realize and appreciate the value of your time.
Fifth, I guarantee that I will strive to make your home buying and/or selling process the most enjoyable and least inconvenient experience. Although I cannot remove all possible obstacles or problems we may encounter through the process, I will ensure that these problems are dealt with immediately and with World Class Service.
Finally, I guarantee that the service you receive will be caring and compassionate at all times. I will listen to your needs and concerns and will treat them as if they were my own.
