My first training in real estate came from my life’s experiences. Moving around frequently in my previous job, I was responsible for negotiating office leases. It was contagious, and I soon found myself providing advice to many of my colleagues on how to break the renting cycle and learn to master the home-buying process. I loved helping people! And I grew in my knowledge of everything from real estate investments to tax sales. It seemed natural to take the salesperson course, and I finally did. And it seems even more natural for me to be part of Realty Concierge Group, where I am a full-time Realtor as a Buyer Specialist working exclusively with our buyer clients. Helping people with their real estate needs has long been a passion, and I love the company values – with a mere 4.5 percent commission rate, so our clients can retain more equity for the things that really matter to them.
