Kevin’s passion is real estate and has 14 years of expertise with residential, multi-family, commercial and investment properties. His marketing plan is unique and utilizes many avenues to ensure his listings sell at the highest value. Kevin doesn’t see himself as a salesperson but as a person who provides value-added services to his clients. His clients enjoy working with him because they trust him to deliver on his promises. Kevin has proven to be an expert negotiator for both buyers and sellers, ensuring that his clients receive the best outcome in any transaction.

Kevin builds relationships, motivates and inspires people around him to live life to the fullest and overcome challenges. Prior to real estate, he excelled in Engineering and Operations Management for several Fortune 100 companies. He led diverse teams of over 100 people. Kevin obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering and Minor in Economics with Highest Honors from Rutgers University. He’s proud to earn the highest rank of Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America.

Kevin is very proud of his family and feels that life is most fulfilling when you can make time for all the important things in life. In his spare time he enjoys working out, playing sports and playing with his kids at the park. He enjoys volunteering for Touch of Understanding, a non-profit organization that provides disability awareness programs to understand the challenges associated with disabilities and to accept and respect all individuals. He knows that the biggest results are achieved from the smallest and consistent changes
