Attorney Daniel Loza, earned his J.D. at Belgrano University, Argentina. Later he immigrated to the US where received his LLM at Temple University, Pennsylvania and developed a real estate practice.
He dedicated his professional career as an attorney focusing in Real Estate and the REO business, short sales, and foreclosure, with over 3,000 closed transactions, as Broker he been working for almost two decades at in the US real estate industry and as an investor he developed several international projects.
Currently he leads “Legal Real Estate” a corporate real estate firm dedicated to REO industry in the Tri State Region PA-NJ-NY where he is also admitted to practice law in New York and Pennsylvania, and is the Broker for “Legal Real Estate” licensed in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
In addition to the above, he serves as a Mediator for the Bucks County Association of Realtors and served as a mediator for the Bucks County Courthouse within the Foreclosure Prevention Program, In addition he is frenquently invited as a correspondent on broadcasting companies such as ABC Channel 6, NBC, Univision, Telemundo, Channel 69, and Radio LA MEGA. Additionally, I am featured in local newspapers such as AL DIA, EL SOL, and IMPACTO. During my appearances, I am frequently asked to discuss matters related to Real Estate, Law, and community services towards the Latin American communities. I am honored to hold a yearly event, “Gala Argentina in Philadelphia,”, which is dubbed as one of the best Latino events in the entire region. Our last event, in November 2019, hosted over four hundred guests including ambassadors from several countries, politicians, media, and local business owners.
He is grateful to have had so many opportunities but none of these oportunities would have been present without my family, community efforts, and my desire to grow. I am fortunate to have been recognized twice as one of “The Most Influential Latinos” in the Delaware Valley and to have received recognitions from Governor Wolf of Philadelphia, The City of Philadelphia, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey, Vatican City, and so many other remarkable communities.
