KW Commercial: The Garcia – Ayala International Group

Leslie Yessenia Ayala, is a graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Degree in Real Estate Finance. As part of her growth, Leslie was an integral member in the team participating in the Annual CCIM John Vogel Real Estate Development Competition. While at UTSA, Leslie began her Commercial Real Estate internship with KW Commercial in January of 2015. As a result of her exceptional skills and capabilities, she quickly evolved into a vital part of the team. In her current role, Leslie manages complex real estate scenarios where situational analysis of data requires an in-depth evaluation of various business factors. Importantly, she has had the opportunity to collaborate with civil engineers, architects, lending institution, real estate attorneys, cities’ economic development staff, and general contractors in acquiring, divesting and developing commercial real estate. As Commercial Real Estate generalists, we work with both local & foreign-born investors and sellers to buy and sell CRE Investment products: land, multi-family, NNN Investments, warehousing, storage units, retail and medical office buildings for investors, end-users and developers.
