Born and raised in Oregon. Licensed in OR since 1998 and WA since 2019. I am one of the owners as well as the Managing Principal Broker for my KW brokerage. When not selling real estate, I love training agents and helping them achieve their goals and dreams in this business.
I am certified as a Luxury Home Specialist through KW. I am also certified as a default advocate for homes owners in distress as well as I work with many different banks and Asset Management companies to list their foreclosed homes. Because of my history in working with default properties - I have built a niche of working with investors, flippers and builders and love digging to find the deals for them. I have a good eye and the knowledge and ability to assess properties to be rehabbed, find properties that can be divided to gain extra buildable lots, and also am great at finding properties that would pencil out as a rental.

When not selling real estate - I love to travel and can usually be found in Maui or Florida enjoying a sun-filled beach. My other passion is in playing the piano and singing worship music.
