Since 1984, Neil has been involved in over two thousand transactions, won numerous Company & Greater Philadelphia Association of Realtor awards, represented Fannie Mae & Citicorp as well as many other foreclosing lenders, taught investing at Mt Airy Learning Tree, former National Shared Housing Board Member, involved in rehabbing over 100 houses and mentored many Realtors.
