Licenses in Georgia in April 2000, Moved to MD. in 2002, became Broker in 2003 and purchased my own office. Since we were located close to other states, I became a broker in VA., WV, DC, and PA. I have CRS, GRI, and ABR designations. I Merged with three offices in the MD area and had Real Estate School. Was on the Education Committee and Grievance Committee for the Frederick County Board of Realtors for several years. In 2014 I moved home to S.C. to take care of my mother, who had a stroke. I had put my license into a referral, then to In-Active for a year. I activated them in August of this year. My sales in MD would not look the same in S.C. The prices are a lot different here. ? I am working on getting my website and social media accounts up and running.
