I especially love the prepping , pricing, media production, and positioning of their homes and launching personal strategies for their home listings to position to receive the best offers possible and close in a timely fashion! As well, I love hand holding my buyers through the sometimes complicated layers of the home purchase process.
Otherwise I am very involved in hosting events and giving back to my community by volunteering /contributing to local dog rescues, food banks, and Desert Aids Project / DAP Health Facility.
